Fireworks
This summer was your first time seeing the fireworks. Initially, you were a little scared, you clutched very tightly at my head. But after I put you down, you started to enjoy it! Here are a few pictures:

Almost Two!
It has been a long time since I've posted something on here for you, but its only because I've been so busy loving and mothering you. I'm interacting so much with the current you, that I don't often have time to write letters to the future you!
Anywho, in a little over a month, you will be two years old! And my how the time has flown. You've gone through so much in your short time here on Earth. You have a family that loves you like crazy, and you love them back just as much.You are walking, more so running than anything. You climb on things, and fall down a lot. And sometimes you cry, really loud. You have all your teeth, which makes me laugh every time you smile or laugh.
You talk a lot, but not in "big-people" language yet. You say mama, daddy, tee tee, baba, grandma, stop, and so many more words! I am excited for us to have full blown conversations where both parties understand each other. But for now, I'll settle for listening to you talk about whatever is most passionate to you, and pretending to understand how the gears move behind your bright, baby eyes.
You have a lot of personality. I chalk it up to the fact that your parents are too people with very strong, dominant personalities, so who you are is only natural.
Essentially, I love you, and am proud to be your mother.
